2. Have a Healthy Diet

Maintain a proper body weight by reducing carbohydrates intake especially rice. Eat more vegetables instead, as fiber in veggies decreases chances of constipation, according to doctors. Adding vinegar to your food also helps in balancing blood sugar levels.
Reduce salt intake. This will be beneficial not only for diabetic persons but also for those with high blood pressure.

Avoid eating foods that are high in saturated fats such as:
-bacon and sausage
-high-fat dairy like butter
-full-fat cheese
-ice cream
-coconut oil
-chicken skin

People with diabetes should also be cautious when eating foods high in trans-fat like:
-stick margarines

French fries also has high in trans-fat, so you may also avoid that.
