5. Don’t Stress Yourself Too Much

Always look at the brighter side of life and think positive. Avoid watching stressful videos that might drain your energy. Try looking for inspirational stories instead. Pray and ask for God’s guidance.

Too much stress could often lead to:
-headache
-body pains
-difficulty in sleeping
-exhaustion
-irritability
-unexplained sadness
-anxiety
-loss of appetite
-turning to vices

Try to do these activities when you feel you are overly stressed:

-Meditate for 15 minutes
-Sit back, close your eyes and tell yourself that you will be having a great day
-Do some yoga exercises
-Join in support groups for mental health and awareness
