6. Have Enough Sleep
Lack of sleep may lead to hormonal imbalance that affects your weight and eating habits.
Some of the things that you can do if you are experiencing difficulties in sleeping are:
-Avoid using your gadgets and mobile devices at night. These things will keep your consciousness awake.
-Have some good books to read.
-Do not take coffee or any caffeinated drinks before going to bed.
-As much as possible, avoid having night-time exercise. Do it in the morning instead.
