7. Have an Annual Health Check-up

Make it a habit to seek professional medical advice and take appropriate laboratory tests as needed.

These are some of the symptoms a diabetic person commonly feels, as shared in the video of Doc Willie Ong:
-extreme thirst
-dryness of lips
-craving for sweets
-constant hunger
-blurred vision
-frequent urination
-wounds that do not heal easily
-exhaustion
-unexplained or unintended weight loss
-numbness of hands and feet
-infection on women’s private part

Persons with no symptoms but has the following conditions are also encouraged to undergo clinical tests:
-overweight
-has a family history of diabetes
-has high blood pressure, high triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol, or heart disease.
-not having any exercise

8. Remove Vices from Your Life

It is important to break your bad habits as early as possible to keep your mind and body healthy and strong.




These unhealthy practices might lead to dementia, liver problems, hypoglycemia and ulcer.
