“Charter Change is in a greater danger to happen to us now than it was last year because the President’s people now have a big majority in both houses after the May 13 elections,” pahayag ni Pabillo.

“The big danger to us now is that the majority of the congress people and the senators are more beholden to Duterte than to the good of the Filipinos… Our constant call since last year is no to chacha because we do not trust the people now who will change it. They have no competence, they are so self-serving, and their loyalty is not to the Filipino people but to their political ambitions and to Duterte,” banat pa ng obispo.

“It is not really so much about Federalism but about extension of terms of sitting politicians and the complete and full opening of Philippine economy and natural resources to foreigners,” sabi pa ni Pabillo.

“Yes danger for CBCP because they cannot control the government in their hand…stay away from politics and pay taxes if you want.,” sabi ni J. Uap

“The Church supported the Opposition in the last election … and lost big. That is the danger of mixing politics and religion. Now the Church loses its moral ascendancy and independence as it has become partisan.,” sabi ni J. Casela.
