Pari, Sinisi ang Condom at Contraceptives sa Pagdami ng Maagang Pagbubuntis sa Kabataan?

“We give them reason to be promiscuous,”

“The more we expose the young to contraceptive use in the name of responsible sex, the more they are exposed to sexual intimacy outside of the context of morality, we should not be surprised with the steady high incidence of teenage pregnancy,” sabni ni Castro.

“Educate them of the morals of sexual intimacy, that it is within the context of marriage not before nor outside of marriage,” sabi ni Castro.

“Quite the reverse father, it is the lack of contraception that would lead to teenage pregnancies in the first place. Unlike many of you, we have in fact come out of the Stone Age, sadly these are the facts of modern life. Western culture has a lot to answer for. However in order to stop further unplanned pregnancies, contraception needs to be more widely available,” sabi ni M. Conlan.

“Well, its not actually about the government’s exposure to contraceptives but the FAILURE of the CHURCH in inculcating values and morals to their flock,” sabi ni A. Eugenio.
