“yong problema natin is so much bigger than Secretary Duque. Para sa akin, iyong problema talaga iyong national government, na parang walang sistema… parang walang cohesive na plano… there’s no one leading. If you look at the work being done by the agencies, it’s as if they are working in silos,” boladas ni Leni.
May karapatan akong mag-criticize if I need to criticize, kasi ‘yun ‘yung demands ng pagiging Filipino ko. And demands sa akin as a Filipino ay maging bahagi, maging bahagi ako sa nation building… I was quiet about it for sometime kasi I wanted to give this administration a chance, but I have seen many shortcomings. It would be a disservice to people if I will not speak out… I know I would be criticized for it. I know I would be attacked by trolls but I think my bigger responsibility at stake and many people are not given the opportunity, so I will use my platform as VP to speak out,” kuda ni Robredo.
“She is entitled to her opinion. Of cource, as the leader of the opposition, we don’t ecpect anything positive about this administration from her… She can say all the negative things about the administration, but people still support the President,” buwelta ni Roque.
